November is an “11” month in numerology, the master number that represents ego-less compassion, forgiveness, and service for a higher good. There is no mistake, the American holiday “Thanksgiving” occurs in this “11” month, the time to give recognition to those who embody the aforementioned qualities. November 11th will be a great day to do something nice for someone, or to make the world a better place in some way. Plant a tree, donate, forgive someone, and most importantly, live love!
There is an incredibly positive Jupiter/Saturn trine on the 1st that brings a nice balance between expansion and restriction. This can be an energy of hard work paying off, finishing long-term jobs and goals with positive results, or breaking ground for something new. This energy will last for several weeks, so take advantage while it lasts.
Mercury goes retrograde on the 10th and will travel backwards until the 30th. Whenever Mercury is retrograde, it is always a great time to review, renew, or redo things that can benefit any situation. I do not like buying big ticket items during this time, especially electronics, cars, and homes. I try to wait until after the retrograde is over before I make big moves like that. It might be smart to hold off until December to buy holiday gifts, as this will lessen the odds that something does not work or needs to be returned for some reason. You might get a better deal during the December “Sales” and save yourself some time and a few bucks.
We have the “Super Beaver Full Moon” in Taurus on the 5th ruled by Venus. It will be the closest celestial event to our earth this year; therefore, it will be a large, beautiful, bright full moon. Do not miss it! Ruled by Venus, it has the potential to affect our love, money, and things we enjoy doing. The downside could be overindulgence.
The New Moon of the month will be on the 19th-20th, depending on where you are. It will occur in Scorpio the sign of intensity and ruled by Pluto the planet of deep transformation and change. The image of the Golden Phoenix rising from the ashes is a good way to understand this energy. Think of being reborn as a new, better you after a tough run of things that we have all been experiencing lately.
The final event I want to mention is Comet 3-I Atlas traversing our galaxy on a hyperbolic trajectory, never to be seen again. This indicates a once-in-a-lifetime event that will happen within about 6 months of its closest point to our earth, which occurs on December 19th. It has just passed our sun this week and has begun to warm up and release particles/energies into our galaxy. This is a wonderful time to create once-in-a-lifetime opportunities or check something off your bucket list. Do something you have never done before, or travel to a destination you have never been to. This comet’s energy might just bring something you could not foresee, at a time it was never expected, and something that you have never experienced before.
