August has the potential to be one of the more fortunate months of the year! Exalted Jupiter in Cancer where it loves to be, brings possibilities of joy and abundance to our feelings, our homes, and those we love. If there are any challenging state of affairs with those closest to you, this could be the month to remedy the situation, but you must make the effort to change it. Apologies can go a long way now if they really come from the heart. Because this energy can feel quite good, some will lay back and do nothing, or others will just boast, a waste of this wonderful energy.
Venus, the energy of love, beauty, money, and art, will conjunct Jupiter the second week of the month. This is one of the most fortunate and auspicious energies that can bring some of the best feelings. This is a great time to meet someone new and fall in love or deepen an already existing relationship. It’s also a great time to play the lottery, or create a new piece of art, anything that could potentially bring those joyous feelings to the forefront. The lower vibrations of this aspect can bring cravings for sweets or rich foods that can cause bloating if you overindulge, another downside of Jupiter. Instead, get a massage, enjoy the hot tub, or take a refreshing dip in the pool or ocean. Eat healthy, work out, surround yourself with those things, and those people that make you feel good. And as I always say, “The more you give, the better you live!”
